Update 2pm 27 August: All of our phone lines should now be operational again. EastendHomes thanks residents for their patience over the past two days.


Update 26 August: Problems continue to affect our telephone lines. The main office numbers are now being diverted to a mobile but this means each office can only answer one call at a time, so please be patient if you cannot get through to us, or try another method such as email.


We are currently experiencing problems with the telephone lines to our local housing offices. We are working with our network suppliers, IT contractors, and BT to attempt to resolve this as quickly as possible.

You can continue to contact us on the email addresses for each office - find your local office on our contact us page. You can also email our Rents Team or Home Ownership Team.

We regret any inconvenience caused to our residents during this interruption.
