EastendHomes is committed to resident involvement at all levels in the organisation.
In addition to residents forming the joint-largest proportion of our Board, a network of localised estate boards is supported across our estates. These include both estate management boards (EMBs), which work within our governance framework, and tenant and resident associations (TRAs), which do not but are still supported by EEH officers. EMBs have responsibility for all aspects of local service development, monitoring and scrutiny of our standards and performance.
You can find out more about the main estate boards operating on our estate by clicking the links on the left-hand menu on this page.
The EMBs operate to a common constitution and code of conduct for members which allows to function in a consistent manner in support of good governance. You can read a copy of these documents here. [pdf] 211KB
